KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Ahead of postseason play beginning on Wednesday, the Heart of America Athletic Conference has released their All-Conference teams, as three Mustangs earn honors.
Headlining the second team was Keita Karasawa and Chafik Elidrissi. Elidrissi, a freshman from Casblanca, Morocco, also played a big role on offense, scoring three goals while recording seven assists, earning a total of 13 points.
On the third team was Martin Fernandez. The senior from Chile was a big part of the back line of defense for the Mustangs as the team would outscore their opponents 37-19 during the regular season. Fernandez was also the key penalty kick taker, going a perfect 4-4 from the spot during the season, which were his four goals on the year, which were good for a share for third on the team on the season.
