Women's Bowling Secures First Place at Kohawk Invite

CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa - The Mustang women's bowling team took full advantage of a weekend at home, earning another first place finish on the year, this time at the Kohawk Invite.

The Mustangs took first place with a total pinfall of 7983, just 22 pins ahead of second place Judson at 7961. On the individual side, Savannah Dickson took home second place, earning all-tournament team honors with a total pinfall of 1021, good for an average of 204.2. Tori Franklin was right behind Dickson, ending in third place just one pin behind at 1020.

The Mustangs will return to the lanes at the Hoosier Classic next weekend.
