WGCA announces all-American scholars, five Mustangs named to team

CORAL SPRINGS, Fla. - The Mount Mercy women's golf team joins the women's volleyball team and both track and field programs garnering all-American Scholar/Academic awards. Earlier this month, the Women's Golf Coaches Association (WGCA) recognized 1,465 collegiate golfers from 395 programs as WGCA all-American Scholars. 

Breanna Felderman, Kaitlin Hotchkiss, Lucia Larruscain, Kirsten Miller, and Gracie Murray were all honored for their dedication in the classroom. In order to be selected, the student-athlete must have a cumulative GPA of 3.50, be an amateur on the team's roster, and have played in 50% of the college's regularly scheduled competitive rounds.
