Brielle Bastian set up the Alvarez goal right out of the gate. It was the first score of the season for Alvarez. The lead was short-lived as Anna Crain picked up the first of her three assists on the day, with Taylor Overstreet finding the back of the net in the ninth minute. Dajah Boykin's four goal of the season came in the 13th minute, then Overstreet struck again in the 56th minute to finish the scoring.
